Sales Increase in Beaverton Real Estate Market | Published: 5/15/2016 | Homesnap Real Estate News

The Beaverton market closed in on its 12-month sales average this week with 119 homes sold over the last 30 days. To put it in perspective, close-by Portland registered 770 homes sold in the same time frame, the most of all surrounding cities. The median sales price dropped to $323,000 over the latest reporting period for Beaverton, down from $335,000. The rising sales and a low one month of inventory point to Beaverton being a definite seller's market.
